Police have said an investigation is under way, but no arrests have been made.
According to The Irish Times, a concert in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam was cancelled on Wednesday night after a terror threat was issued.
American rock group Allah-Las were supposed to play the Maassilo venue in central Rotterdam but the concert was cancelled after a van was found near the concert venue.
The mayor of Rotterdam said the driver of the van was from Spain and has been detained after being given a warning from police.
Mayor, Ahmed Aboutaleb said that police had stopped a van that had a Spanish licence plate and contained a number of gas bottles and an investigation is currently under way.
The show hadn’t started yet when the decision to cancel the concert took place.
