A Dublin pub held an “appreciation night” for a recent high profile county final celebration

It comes just weeks after the circulation of lewd videos…

An event is said to have taken place in Quinn’s pub in Drumcondra on Thursday “in appreciation” of a GAA team from Kilkenny and a woman who were caught up in a scandal following the release of lewd photos and videos following county final celebrations.

Gardaí and the Kilkenny county board are investigating the incident.

A Garda spokesperson previously confirmed to JOE that while no complaints have been made about the incident, Garda are carrying out an investigation into the party.

Images of the event, some of which appear to show sex acts being carried out in a crowded pub, were shared on social media last week and the story broke in some media organisations shortly after.

This new “appreciation” event was created by created by WhyNot Networks and over 430 people had clicked that they were attending or interested in attending.

A statement on the page reads: “After a week that showed the beauty of county final celebrations, we bring you a night to appreciate all that’s weird and wonderful.

“With a possible guest appearance on the night from Fifi (Still in contract talks).

“Free Entry for The Ballyragget starting 15 & cheaplist for sub’s.”
