There are major delays on the M50 southbound from JCN 7 Lucan due to a collision. Traffic is currently reduced to one lane and emergency services are at the scene.
As stated by AA Roadwatch, emergency services are dealing with a collision on the M50 southbound between J7 Lucan and J9 Red Cow that’s blocking multiple lanes. Traffic is getting by in the hard shoulder and there are heavy delays on approach from J6 Blanchardstown.
As a result of this crash, the N4 is heavy inbound from J4 Newcastle to join the M50.
Motorists are advised to use the Outer Ring Rd (R136) as an alternative route.
Elsewhere, as far as traffic coming from Kildare is concerned, a crash has been cleared on the M7 northbound between J10 Naas South and J9 Naas North. Traffic remains heavy on approach from the M9 merge.
