London Irish and former England rugby player Mike Catt has decided to call time on his playing career at the age of 38.

Catt, who earned 75 caps for England in his international, will retire after the Exiles’ match against Northampton this Saturday.

However, the South African-born rugby hero will continue as the club’s attach coach.

JOE wishes to pay tribute to Mike Catt and what better way than this moment against New Zealand in the 1995 World Cup when the English back attempted to prevent Jonah Lomu from crossing the line. Nice try!
