Very sad news.
An 11-year-old girl has died following a farming accident in Donegal.
It’s understood the accident involved a tractor and happened in the Malin area of Inishowen on Wednesday evening.
The girl was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was removed to the Altnagelvin Area Hospital in Derry.
Gardaí attended the scene and The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been notified.
