Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti is infuriated with claims that Frank Lampard is a transfer target for Jose Morinho this summer.
Mourinho is expected to leave Inter Milan after the Champions League final to take over Spanish giants Real Madrid, provided that Manuel Pellegrini is fired by the second-placed La Liga side.
If the former Chelsea boss arrives at the Bernabeu it is anticipated that Mourinho will chase the signing of Lampard.
Ancelotti, however, has completely rubbished the claims and does not want to see a repeat of a similar saga which occurred at the end of last season.
“This story is a joke. Lampard will stay here. When I started last season there was a problem with John Terry and Manchester City. Every time I said ‘no’, John Terry will stay here because he is important.
“I don’t want to do the same with Frank Lampard. He will stay here,†said Ancelotti.
