Mark Webber has continued Red Bull’s remarkable run of finishing fastest in every qualifying session this season by taking pole position for Sunday’s Turkish Grand Prix.
It is Webber’s third pole position in a row and he will be joined on the front row of the grid by McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton.
Webber’s Red Bull team mate Sebastian Vettel will begin the race in third alongside reigning world champion Jensen Button in fourth.
The Mercedes pair of Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg will begin the race in fifth and sixth place respectively while Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso finished well down the field in twelfth.
