It has been reported that Rafa Benitez is on the verge of leaving Liverpool with an unconfirmed £3 million offer from the club’s board to part company.
Discussions have reportedly begun between Benitez and the board to put an end to his reign as Reds manager although he currently has a five-year contract worth £16 million.
Unconfirmed reports have even suggested that Benitez has been sacked already but the club has yet to make an announcement.
