You can always rely on the native Irish speaking station for the odd classic. Brendan Behan’s black comedy comes to life through Eamonn Owens, Stephen Rea and Milo O’Shea. We’ve all seen it but it’s been a while. Get out the “cushtard creams”.

Video gamers: Get some exercise.
The findings of recent tests undertaken on young video gamers are startling.
The reactions and mental skills of obsessed gamers are way above average however fitness levels are alarmingly low.
According to Dr Dominic Micklewright, excessive game play “could have long-term health implications such as an increased risk of heart diseaseâ€.
JOE’s advice comes with your health in mind. Get out and don’t turn into a 25-year-old with the physical condition of an 80-year-old. All of you gamers may have the psychological abilities to equal top athletes but allow your bedroom to become a crypt.
