Holland head coach Bert van Marwijk has confirmed Arjen Robben’s arrival in South Africa on Saturday to join up with the squad.
The Dutch winger has recovered quickly from a hamstring injury sustained in a friendly match against Hungary last Saturday.
Van Marwijk’s comment, published on monstersandcritics.com, has not guaranteed Robben’s selection for the opener against Denmark on Monday.
“I haven’t seen him in a week. The reports about his recovery are favourable. We will take a look at it here,†said van Marwijk.
