The Germany squad is getting psyched-up for their opening game with Australia on Sunday by watching the entire Terminator series.
The Arnold Schwarzenegger action movies are understood to be “ideal preparation for the match,†according to Germany’s assistant coach, Hans-Dieter ‘Hansi’ Flick.
The aptly named coach has spoken of a “very confident and very calm†young German squad during a press conference in Pretoria.
Germany’s starting line-up for the Group D match against Australia has yet to be announced. Flick said that there are ‘two or three positions’ still to be decided.
