Ulster rivals Armagh and Donegal will face off in the first round of the All-Ireland football qualifiers later this month.

National Football League Division 2 champions Armagh were knocked out of the Ulster SFC by Monaghan last week while Donegal fell short against Down seven days previously.

Wicklow will face Cavan in a repeat of a qualifier game from last summer but there will be no home advantage for Mick O’Dwyer’s side this time; instead, they will have to travel to Breffni Park to take on Tommy Carr’s men.

Mayo will try to put two consecutive abject performances behind them when they take on Longford, Wexford’s consolation for pushing Dublin all the way on Sunday is a trip to London while Kildare will attempt to rebuild their summer with a tricky assignment against Antrim.

Elsewhere, Offaly meet Clare while the losers of next weekend’s Laois-Meath replay will have to pick themselves up quickly for a clash with Tipperary.

GAA All-Ireland qualifiers Round 1:

London v Wexford
Carlow v Derry
Kildare v Antrim
Offaly v Clare
Longford v Mayo
Armagh v Donegal
Cavan v Wicklow
Tipperary v Laois/Meath
