Brazil head coach Dunga has lambasted French referee Stephane Lannoy over Kaka’s red card in their 3-1 win over Ivory Coast.
Brazil’s star player received a second yellow card late in the game after Keita performed a “shameful piece of actingâ€, as described in the report in The Sun.
Dunga fumed: “It was a totally unjustified sending-off. Kaka was fouled and he was the one punished and given a yellow card.
“It seems a player who commits the foul is not given anything but the player fouled is sent off. I must congratulate Keita for that.”
A spokesman for the Brazil team said: “We will think about talking to FIFA. There are hundreds of TV cameras and everyone saw what happened.â€
