All-Ireland winning captain Darran O’Sullivan returns to the Kerry line-up for Sunday’s Munster football final against Limerick.

O’Sullivan replaces David Moran in the half forward line in the only change to Jack O’Connor’s side from that which edged past Cork after extra-time three weeks ago.

Last year’s captain O’Sullivan had started the drawn game against Cork, while his other two appearances this summer have come off the bench.

Two-time All-Star Aidan O’Mahony, who returned to the panel recently, must content himself with a place on the bench with Mike McCarthy continuing at centre half back.

Limerick boss Mickey Ned O’Sullivan, meanwhile, has kept faith with the 15 who started last month’s Munster SFC semi-final win over Waterford.

Kerry (v Limerick, Munster SFC final): B Kealy; M O Se, T Griffin, T O’Sullivan; T O Se, M McCarthy, K Young; S Scanlon, A Maher; Darran O’Sullivan, Declan O’Sullivan, D Walsh; C Cooper, K Donaghy, B Sheehan.

Limerick (v Kerry): B Scanlon; M O’Riordan, J McCarthy, A Lane; S Lavin, S Lucey, P Ranahan; J O’Donovan, J Galvin; P Browne, J Ryan, S Buckley; G Collins, I Ryan, S Kelly.
