Ajax boss Martin Jol has been linked with a move to Premier League side Fulham to replace Roy Hodgson.

According to reports, Jol tops Mohamed Al-Fayed’s shortlist along with former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson.

Martin Jol previously spent three years in London with Tottenham Hotspur, who he managed to two consecutive fifth places finishes.

The Dutchman, who still owns a house in London, led his Ajax side to 14 consecutive victories in the Dutch Eredivise last season to finish in second place.

Other managers who have been linked to Craven Cottage post include American coach Bob Bradley and former Champions League winner and two time World Coach of the Year Ottmar Hitzfeld.
