Martin Jol has agreed terms with Fulham and is set to be named as their new manager tomorrow, according to reports.
Jol has apparently accepted a contract worth in the region of £2 million a year, and the West London club are currently negotiating compensation with Ajax.
Fulham midfielder Simon Davies, who played under Jol at Spurs, said after the Cottagers’ friendly draw with Bournemouth, “Martin’s a very, very good coach. I was impressed with him. He is one of the best coaches I have worked with.â€
It will be Jol’s third club in three seasons, after he left Hamburg in 2009 to take on the Ajax job.
