Glasgow Rangers have agreed to sell defender Danny Wilson to Liverpool for a fee of up to £5 million with add ons.
Rangers had previously rejected three bids from Liverpool for Wilson, including a £2 million bid at the start of the year.
The 18-year-old played 14 times for Rangers last season and has been capped by Scotland at U-19 and U-17 level.
The centre back was awarded the Scottish FWA and PFA young player of the season last year, and was named as the Rangers young player of the year by the club’s supporters.
Wilson had only a year to run on his contract with the Old Firm club.
