Concave boot makes Irish debut

Concave Sports’ range of football boots has just been given its Irish launch – spearheaded by the Concave PT+ Classic worn by John O’Shea.

The boot features a number of patented innovations including a ‘sweet spot’ four times larger than that of any other football boot on the market today.

Manufacturers claim that the shape gives players greater power and accuracy, while protecting them against foot injuries.

Concave is backing up its claims with the results of a series of tests which suggest Concave boots can produce 30 per cent improved accuracy and a 15 per cent increase in power.

Manchester United and Ireland star John O’Shea, who will wear the boots for club and country throughout the 2010/11 season, is also a fan: “As a professional football player it is crucial that I wear a boot that can help maximise my performance on the pitch. I believe the Concave PT+ Classic is the next big thing in football.”
