Who better to tell you how to cook an Angus steak than a man who helps to breed the animal, Kilkenny farmer Richard O’Gorman.
After starring in a previous Aldi ad for their steaks, Kilkenny hurling fan and farmer Richard O’Gorman is back but this time he is in from the fields and in the kitchen. As you can see, in pride of place above his cooker is his beloved Kilkenny hurling team but they don’t even get a mention today as Richard is all about the steak. And don’t worry, the flat cap remains in place all the way through too.
Anyway, Richard clearly loves his cattle, and his steaks, and that really comes through here. As he says himself, ‘just try them see for yourself and then come back to me’.
