Many people’s film of 2014 has been re-released.
Boyhood has returned to Irish cinemas in the wake of its nomination for Best Picture at this year’s Academy Awards.
The film, which also picked up nods for Ethan Hawke, Patricia Arquette and director Richard Linklater, was filmed over 12 years between 2002 and 2013 and focuses on the life of one American family through the eyes of it’s youngest member, Mason (played by Ellar Coltrane).
Boyhood is now showing in 26 sites across Dublin, Cork, Waterford, Limerick, Sligo and Northern Ireland.
