Based on the best-selling crime novel by Lawrence Block, A Walk Among The Tombstones (dir. Scott Frank) stars everyone’s favourite geriactioner as Matthew Scudder, a cop-turned-private detective who “does favours for people” who, in return, give him “gifts.”
Well that doesn’t sound suspicious in any way whatsoever.
To be fair, this terrific trailer actually looks brilliant, and the moody, murderous tone seems to be a million miles from the punch-your-face-with-my-fist-fest of films like Taken, Taken 2 and (probably) Taken 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
So make yourself comfortable and get ready to enjoy the Beast of Ballymena and his gravelly-voiced greatness in this dark, dirty and deadly-looking teaser for a Walk Among The Tombstones…
