Cutting Grass has been directed by Ruairí O’Brien & John Kennedy and produced by Laura McNicholas for 925 Productions, and it stars John Hannah, better known for his roles in Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Mummy and Sliding Doors.
As we said above, Cutting Grass is set to have its World Premiere at the Oscar-affiliated 2014 Galway Film Fleadh and was made with the help of the Irish Film Board.
So, what’s it all about? Well; it’s a hot summer and a young inner-city boy, Donal, is trying his hand at cutting lawns for pocket money, as he owes a few quid. However, his luck changes when he meets Gerry…
