The murderous rage is strong in this one.
There’s one really famous death in the original Star Wars trilogy but when it comes to the kill count, you wouldn’t have thought that it would compete with famously blood-splattered flicks like 300, Die Hard or Predator, for example.
A little like Lord of the Rings, however, it turns out that the original Star Wars trilogy has a ridiculously high kill count without necessarily being too violent on the surface, a fact clearly illustrated by the folks at Digg, who have provided video evidence of every single death in the three movies in less than three minutes.

Granted, the final figure of over two billion owes much to the destruction of an entire planet, but how these movies got a PG rating with all that bloodshed, we’ll never know.
