The long-anticipated seventh season of hit ITV reality show Love Island has finally returned to screens tonight and whether you love it or hate it – there’s one thing that never disappoints when it comes to the dating programme, the memes.
And, this year is no different as thousands of Twitter users flocked to the platform in droves to pass some pretty hilarious commentary during the shows return and they didn’t disappoint.
The 2021 return marks the first time the programme has been back on screens since 2019 as the 2020 season was sadly scrapped due to the coronavirus pandemic.
