21 Dublin bus services will be re-routed from Sunday

Take note…

A total of 21 bus routes in Dublin will be re-routed from this Sunday in order to facilitate the new Luas Cross City lines.

As buses will no longer be able to turn right at Dawson Street the following routes will be affected, 7b/d, 11, 25x, 32x, 37, 38/a/b/d, 39/a, 41x, 44, 46a, 61, 66x, 67x, 70, 84x, 116, 118 and 145.

The 7b/d, 25x, 32x, 37, 39/a, 41x, 44, 61, 66x, 67x, 70, 84x, 116, 118 and 145 routes will have their normal paths until Dawson Street, then will turn right onto Molesworth Street, Kildare Street, South Leinster Street and back on to their normal route.

Routes 11, 38/a/b/d and 46a/e will turn left on to Nassau Street, Grafton Street, Westmoreland Street and back on to normal route.

A number of new bus stops will be added as a result of the changes.

For your nearest stops please proceed to Stop 320, Westmoreland Street or Stop 793, Dawson Street.

Routes 38/a/b/d
For your nearest stops please proceed to Stop 274, O’Connell Street or Stop 793, Dawson Street.

Route 46a/e
For your nearest stops please proceed to Stop 320, Westmoreland Street or Stop 792, Dawson Street.
