Aer Lingus have quickly sorted out anyone who was supposed to fly to Brussels today and tomorrow

Carl Kinsella

Fair play to Aer Lingus for acting so quickly.

Brussels is in disarray this morning after a number of explosions this morning in its Zaventem Airport and the Malbeek Metro Station.

As a result, all flights to Brussels have been cancelled and flights currently en route to Belgium have been diverted.

An Aer Lingus flight that had been travelling to Brussels has been instructed to land in Amsterdam instead.

Furthermore, Aer Lingus have acted quickly and offered free changes and refunds to anybody impeded by the Brussels tragedy on any of Aer Lingus’ six flights to Brussels between today and tomorrow.
