If it is in fact genuine we shouldn’t really be surprised, but it’s still pretty amazing to see it there in black and white.
The Jeremy Kyle show might not be universally popular but it serves a purpose for those who happen to find themselves at home during the day and are looking to kill an hour or so by listening to the quite unique life problems of the guests, with arguments often escalating as far as verbal and sometimes even physical violence, often as a result of provocation by the host himself.
Because the guests often aren’t the most morally upstanding of individuals, a lie detector test is often used as means to discover, for example, whether a guest might have had an affair or possibly impregnated someone that wasn’t their wife or partner.
So prominent a factor in the show is the lie detector test, it seems, that it merits its own sign on the wall, at least according to a tweet from Guardian columnist Sali Hughes earlier today.

Typical Jezza, rarely does he ever beat around the bush in fairness.
