Tragic news.
Gardaí have called off the search for missing woman, journalist and author Kate Holmquist, following the discovery of a body.
A body was found at Dollymount Strand on the morning of Monday, 5 August.
Holmquist, who was 62 years of age, was last seen at her home on Saturday, 3 August.
This is being treated as a personal tragedy and as such, no further information will be made available.
