Who is running their marketing campaign?
Burger King have decided to write an open letter to McDonald’s who they obviously see as their arch rival according to the letter which speaks of a heated tension and ‘beef’.

The dream was to combine all the good things of Burger King and McDonald’s to form one mammoth burger called the McWhopper in the name of World Peace to be sold in one pop-up store in one city, Atlanta on Sept. 21, with proceeds benefiting the anti-conflict nonprofit Peace One Day. Burger King are so serious about it that they even created a website for it Mcwhopper.com

McDonald’s got back to them basically saying they liked the idea of joining forces for a good cause but they thought something better than a burger could be managed. They don’t seem best pleased with the call out! See what you think:
