Their busiest night of the year…
While it’s to be expected that the phones would be hopping in fire stations around the country tonight as they respond to bonfires and everything else that comes with Halloween, we didn’t expect it to be this busy.
A short while ago the Dublin Fire Brigade reported that they’re currently receiving a call around every 40 seconds.
At present we are receiving a 999 call every 40 seconds. #dfblive pic.twitter.com/ymYYw8Jhdi

If we were to add that up over the course of a night it would be *JOE pauses*… that’s math we can’t even do.
Just kidding, we could do the math but we prefer not to, you get the idea anyway right?
So if anyone is thinking about attending a bonfire later, our first advice would be not to go, but if you do insist on going, stay well back from the fire and remain vigilant at all times.
We've been at a number of small bonfires throughout the day. Celebrate safely. #dfblive #DubSafeHalloween pic.twitter.com/TtmKqdwRut
