Gardaí have launched an investigation.
Gardaí have confirmed that a young man has lost his life following a workplace accident that occurred at 9am on Tuesday morning in Falcarragh.
The man was rushed to Letterkenny Hospital yesterday afternoon after falling off a roof but he tragically passed away last night.
It’s understood that the man is in his mid-30s and was from nearby Gortahork. His name won’t be released until all relatives have been made aware of the tragic news.
The Gardaí are investigating the matter.
