Sinn Féin remains the second most popular party.
Fine Gael support is now at its highest level since 2011 according to the latest opinion poll conducted by The Sunday Business Post/Red C.
37% of those surveyed as part of the poll said they would give Fine Gael their first preference vote, a 2% increase on the previous poll.
Fianna Fáil support was at 11% which was an improvement of 1% on their last poll while the Green Party was unchanged at 6%.
In opposition, Sinn Féin remains steady at 27% which means the party has not only maintained it’s strong start to the year but has built on its general election performance slightly.
Elsewhere, Independents have dropped two points to 8% while the Social Democrats has dropped one point to 3%.

The poll of 1,000 voters showed support for Labour is at 3% while while Solidarity-PBP and Aontu are both at 2%.
Last month’s Red C/Sunday Business Post poll showed Fianna Fáil falling to their lowest ever tally in a Red C poll at just 10%.
