Clermont Auvergne player Nathan Hines is gearing up for a Heineken Cup return to Dublin, but is still clearly a firm favourite with Leinster supporters.

The abrasive lock forms one of the most formidable second-row partnerships with Jamie Cudamore and a star-studded Clermont side will have high hopes that their first ever final on Europe’s biggest stage will end in success. Given the talent at their disposal, few would bet against it.
Hines will be more familiar than any of his teammates with his surroundings for the final at the Aviva Stadium after spending two seasons with the Province after joining in the summer of 2009. He won a Heineken Cup medal during his Irish stay and the Australian-born Scottish international became a firm favourite with the Leinster supporters for his all-action performances.
That popularity still holds true as these t-shirts would prove. The below picture was sent to Hines via Twitter and he seemed more than pleased with the sentiments.

While the Leinster faithful are disappointed that their side isn’t involved, they will no doubt be wishing their former hero the very best against Toulon.
