Police have confirmed that the remains found north of Glasgow early this morning are those of missing Cork woman Karen Buckley.
A 21-year-old man is currently in police custody.

A fundraising page set up to help the family of Cork student Karen has raised almost €40,000.
The page was set up on Wednesday evening with the aim of raising €5,000, but people have donated in their multitudes to assist the family of Karen, who disappeared from a Glasgow nightclub in the early hours of Sunday morning.
