The incident occurred on Saturday evening.
Gardaí at Blanchardstown in Dublin 15 are investigating a stabbing incident which occurred at Ashmount, Mulhuddart, also in Dublin 15.
The incident took place at approximately 6pm this evening (Saturday 15 June).
Speaking to JOE, a Garda spokespoerson reported that a male (age unknown) received stab wounds, and that he has been removed to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.
No arrests have been made.
The scene is preserved pending a Garda Technical Examination, and investigations are continuing.
