The plan was for four-hour stoppages to occur this week, the first of which was scheduled for 3pm on Thursday.
However, according to RTÉ, SIPTU and the Luas drivers will now work together over the drivers’ pay dispute with Luas operator Transdev, as both sides will seek recommendations from the Labour Court in order to resolve the long-running dispute.
As it stands, next week’s Luas strikes remain scheduled to occur.
Owen Reidy adds that next week's #Luas stoppages are still scheduled to go ahead #Siptu #Transdev
