Before you head off into the sun to forget all your worries and leave all your cares behind you there is a warning that you should probably take heed of.
Citizens Advice in the UK have issued a warning about using internet data on your phone while you are abroad. The group have said the costs could end up being more than you paid for your holiday if you are not careful.
According to Citizens Advice travelling outside the EU could lead to bills of thousands due to high charges and people are not aware of the risk and the high cost of internet when using roaming data.
So don’t forget to turn off your mobile data before stepping onto a plane and look out for wifi spots on your travels, free internet is a lot more accessible than it used to be so take advantage and save yourself a nasty bill.
