It’s pretty widely accepted that, when it comes to scratch-cards, anything above the €25 is really just there to get your hopes up.
Well, that’s just been blown out of the water.
Scratch-card sales are about to sky-rocket now that one young Irish emigrant, now living in Dubai, has won €10,000 (that’s TEN. THOUSAND. EURO.) on a scratch-card his mammy sent him for his birthday this week.
