We sent one of our trusty JOEs out to interview the lovely Georgie Thompson to talk Formula 1, Fergie resigning and driving really fast.
The lads at the office drew straws to see who would get the privilege of interviewing the lovely Georgie Thompson when the word came through that she would be in town, and while fisticuffs inevitably ensued, the JOE with the least bruised face was awarded the title. No one knows exactly where the straws ended up though.
Anyway, Georgie was in great form, chatting about Formula 1, the retirement of Fergie and his replacement, as well as who would win in a fight between Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel.
She wasn’t overly impressed that JOE’s ride is a powerful ’99 Nissan Micra however, and she simply had to trump us by telling us about her experience driving in a proper Formula 1 car. We’ll still give her a lift if she’s stuck anyway, despite her lack of appreciation for the 900cc Beast.
