If anyone ever wondered why Floyd Mayweather goes by the nickname ‘Money’ then a recent photo he tweeted from his private jet will tell you all you need to know.
The 36-year is undoubtedly one of the finest pound for pound boxers on the planet and has been for years, but that doesn’t mean he’s universally popular. He’s ridiculously cocky, he has served time for domestic abuse and he rams home the fact that he’s incredibly rich every chance he gets – just look at the birthday cake he had at the weekend for God’s sake.
If that wasn’t flashy enough, Mayweather followed it up yesterday with a picture of himself on a private jet with his feet up while reading the paper… with a huge bundle of cash just lying on the table beside him all the while.
