Reports have emerged that a man has been shot several times in a gun attack in West Dublin on Monday evening.
According to the Irish Independent, the attack was non-fatal but the man has survived the attack and is talking to doctors. He was shot up to six times.
The report continues that the attack occurred just after 8pm in the Mullhuddart area of Dublin. It has also been reported that the attack was carried out by one gunman, who has not yet been apprehended by police.
Police are investigating the incident, and the man’s identity has not been released.
