So when Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg says he has one rule for hiring new staff, that might be worth checking out.
The tech mogul says he will only hire people that he would be willing to accept as a boss himself.
Which is nice because most people would love to chose their own boss. This man every time right?
Speaking at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Zuckerberg said: “I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person. It’s a pretty good test.”
He also revealed that Facebook, which turned 11 last month, employs just under 10,000 staff worldwide to “serve more than a billion people around the world.”
