One Chinese takeaway delivery driver in Dublin goes the extra mile to pick up FIFA and PS3 controller for customer

Hats off to the unknown driver, this is the soundest thing we've seen in a long time.

Hats off to the unknown driver, this is the soundest thing we’ve seen in a long time.

Having a good local takeaway is up there with having good schools, a decent boozer and a shop to buy crisps in at 3am near your house in our eyes. Even if you only avail of their services now and again, a reliable, quick and tasty delivery service to your door is invaluable on those days when you simply can’t face cooking dinner. Like every Tuesday.

And, based on this tweet, the good people of Santry in Dublin are blessed with an absolute gem of a takeaway in their area.

Just-Eat posted this tweet yesterday, and it showed a customer who ordered through their site making a very special, and slightly cheeky, request.

But the unknown driver from Mekong delivered in every sense of the word, ensuring the customer had a tasty feed (hmmm, chicken balls) and a game of FIFA 14 on the PS3 too.

Hope they gave them a big tip…
