Permanent TSB release statement after customers experience wages and social welfare payment delays

“A matter of priority.”

Permanent TSB are investigating a banking issue that has caused some of their customers to experience payment delays.

The building society have said they’ve “received reports of an issue with customers not receiving payments this morning”.

“We are currently investigating this as a matter of priority.We were made aware early this morning and have been investigating since,” a statement read.

Customers are being advised to monitor their Twitter page for further updates.

Permanent TSB customers experienced a similar issue last month.
