We brought you a story earlier about comedian Aziz Ansari not getting a reply from Blake Lively after he text her but this story from Galway is the exact opposite.
We sometimes find texting can be a bit annoying so we’re more inclined to call someone and sort something out in 30 seconds rather than going back and forth in 30 text messages.
However, there are a few exceptions to that rule and one of them is when we meet a potential future Mrs JOE because we obviouslywant to impress and show our interest which is what ever guy on the planet does.
That was taken to a fantastic level today in Galway today as a Connemara lady who is seeing a JOE reader did something amazing, here he explains what happened.
“I was just texting a woman I’m seeing earlier, she was playing in a freshers blitz (Football) in Galway this morning.
“I didn’t think much of it as she had asthma and didn’t think she was playing as she was texting me back fine with a little bit of a delay as to be expected.
“However, then she said she was actually playing with the phone in her sock! I thought this was priceless, she’s a Connemara woman so what do you expect…”
