It’s probably for the best that this guy was pulled over…
Gardai stopped a van driver in Smithfield, Dublin 7 yesterday for driving around a huge stack of palleting on the roof of his vehicle.
Though the wooden pallets were strapped down, there were fourteen of them stacked one on top of the other – making for some pretty precarious conditions for any drivers sharing the road with this guy.
The van was described by the Garda Twitter account as “unpalletable”. They also claimed that pallets were unsecurely stored on the passenger seat of the van.
We’re not sure how the driver thought he’d go unnoticed:
