He’s never shy about expressing an opinion
Russell Brand seems to divide opinion like no other comic does because any fans of West Ham’s most famous supporter will argue that he’s fearless, articulate and brave while his detractors will say that he’s a bit of a knob (pardon my crude way of diluting that point)
The comedian, actor and author isn’t what you would call a shrinking violet, he has previously spoken out on issues ranging from the water charges right up to The Sun newspaper, but Brand’s latest subject is a little closer to his own home.
The comic posted an extract from his recent book and the timing is far from coincidental given the recent newspaper reports that surfaced over the weekend.
I mean in England we have a Queen for fuck’s sake. A Queen! We have to call her things like “Your Majesty” YOUR MAJESTY!…
