This isn’t exactly your average “found dog” flyer…
The flyer, which was spotted on the North Circular Road earlier today by Irish journalist Cathal McMahon, reads: “Male furry white dog found around the Blessington basin/Phibs area.
“Medium sized. Has a dark coloured collar but no ID or microchip. Very annoying. Call PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEEE.”
We wonder what exactly the dog is getting up to at its interim keeper’s house that has since caused the dog to be labelled as “very annoying”, but we just hope the pooch is reunited with its owners sooner rather than later.
As for the sign-maker, they really missed their calling in life.
After an intensive internet search (it was the third result on Google) we found the original picture in question, which was posted to Facebook by user Brazil Fawlty back in November.
Now we really hope the pooch made it home to its owner okay…
