A huge well done to all involved…
Almost every region of Ireland was effected by Storm Rachel last night as JOE, much like the majority of our readers, took shelter indoors.
The unforgiving wind and rain continues to wreak havoc in parts of Ireland and the ICHH, a voluntary non-profit organisation that provides food/clothing to Dublin’s homeless, took to the streets last night to help in spite of the terrible conditions.
Strom Rachel didn’t hit Dublin as hard as other parts of the country but the conditions in the capital were pretty awful with howling winds and heavy rain occurring throughout the night.
We have nothing but the highest level of respect for those people who braved the conditions to help out.
Cold, wet and windy our teams were in the streets late into the early hours feeding homeless men and women #ICHH #Retweet4Support

Last night between 11-1:30 ICHH volunteers fed 85 people from the homeless community on the streets. Hoping it's not as busy tonight #ICHH
