A man in China was trying to ensure that his penis would stay erect so the 52-year-old inserted a 13 centimetre steel rod into it. Yep, we know, but it gets worse.
When he had sex with the rod in place, it shot backwards into his bladder. The man said nothing but after months of pain, he went to the doctors, who removed the offending item after spotting it in this x-ray.

There is no word on any long-term damage to the man, but we bet he won’t try this again.
